kurdish/arabic sweets
Today, our coworker brought us these sweets that his wife made. Almost every Friday, he brings us a treat. He is an Arabic-English translator and only comes to this school on Fridays. He is an absolute sweetheart. Everyone here loves him.
He is Kurdish and comes from Iraq. I asked him if these sweets are Kurdish or Arab, and he said that they are a mixture of the two. They are so good!
