My name is Mari. I'm an interpreter/translator. I enjoy writing, making art, riding motorcycles, spending time in nature, drinking coffee... On this blog, I write my thoughts, things I like, and also about myself.
I grew up in the countryside, so I’m used to living surrounded by wildlife and nature. Nowadays, I live in the city, but every year I head back to my hometown during the summer. I’ve been drinking coffee since I was a child. Where I come from, the idea of not giving coffee to children simply doesn't exist. Kids drink coffee with milk every single morning. To this day, I still have my little cup of coffee with milk every morning.
I learned to ride a motorcycle last year when I was visiting my family. My aunt's husband said it was absurd that I can drive a car but can’t ride a motorcycle. So, to avoid that embarrassment, since everyone in the countryside can ride motorcycles, even my ten-year-old cousin, I decided it was time for me to learn as well. And after that, I bought my own motorcycle.
I love art and I do both traditional and digital art, but my favorite way to paint is using watercolor paint. My favorite brands are sennelier, qor and mijello, but I also like to make my own paints. I buy my pigments from earth pigments.
